The trouble with guessing and speculation is that it's catching.

Coming up with the right or wrong answer is bad, an innocenet party could be wrongly identified or you get the right one, abuse will follow either way.

It’s not just the size of the claim, it’s also the legal costs. DC has already stated on this thread, so far already spent £15,000.on legal fees

Anyway, back to the subject, I don't even know this guy so won't comment on him, but I am pretty pleased with the signings so far.
Green in particular strengthens the pack immensely, and the likes of Gwaze are a year older plus players back from injury - things look a lot brighter than last season when the wheels came off!

Your use of 'fan' however, implies that regardless of the merits of the claim, the claimant is somehow not a real supporter of the club - which is a dangerous path to go down.

If I attend BV and a lighting rig falls on my head, should I forego any legal recourse and grin and bear my life-changing injuries, so that you can sign a new hooker for next year?

You are making an error in discussing this case on here - and if it leads to the claimant being identified, you are in even more dangerous territory.

All we do each season is improve where we can at a cost we can afford. Incrementally we have improved the squad every year since 2015 so I’m happy with that.

There will hopefully come a tipping point where we move from plucky outsider to real contender though we will need a fair bit more luck than we got last season!

I think it’s only when you look at the squad we had five years ago you realise how far we’ve come.

Bit extreme Bren this is not the high court this is small claims, it will most likely be printed names and all in the Express. I seriously doubt a civil case could be scuppered by naming someone as for starters there is no jury to prejudice.

If a lighting rig fell on your head that would be criminal negligence a different beast altogether.

I agree best not to name people but saying it’s a fan whose costing us is not an issue to me it’s a statement of fact.

That’s how I see it.

Come on Bren, you're being a bit silly now. Even without knowing the details of the case in question we all know that what you're saying and what is going on here are light years apart.
