Westerman will play for is if he doesn’t make the 17 for England, which as it stands is the case.

If we don’t beat that Wigan team Chester and the entire team should resign and find jobs more suitable to them! Seriously that is the weakest Wigan team i’ve ever seen.

Certainly looking like we have a good opportunity here.

Apparently Tanginoa is injured I just read in an article and that’s why he’s not in the team. Not sure how true that is.

Max has to play fullback. He’s been very good end of last year and nearly every game he’s played this year. Lad had a sub par game but that’s rare and he is without shadow of a doubt the best fullback at the club.

Centre is the biggest conundrum. Hampshire/Senior probably best option.

I’d have Aydin start and just look for a big 20 minutes from the lad. Fifita and Battye are much stronger from the bench.

I’d go with:

1. Jowitt
2. Johnstone
3. Arundel
4. Senior/Hampshire?
5. Kershaw
6. Miller
7. Lino
8. Arona
9. Walker
10. Aydin
11. Ashurst
12. Pitts
13. Westerman (Crowther if called up)

Really surprised Fifita isn`t in the squad looking at some of the props in that have been selected.

Clearly the report from one of the articles this morning was off the mark on Tanginoa. That’s a relief!

I agree that it would’ve been a great opportunity for Croft, Greensmith were they available!

I’d probably go with Hampshire at centre with his experience and he is more likely to be able to find a pass and get involved in plays more.
