3 games v Toulouse will ultimately decide who is relegated and this was always going to be the case this season.
Trinity have some excellent young prospects coming through and if relegation is avoided the future could be very bright.
Liam Kay is evermore looking like he offers far more than just been a winger he always had great potential and should have never gone in the first place.
The decision to sign injury prone players like Lineham Gaskell is something Trinity have constantly done over the years players way past their best.
I find is strange when the club has limited financial clout and did Trinity really need another winger?
I also fear Bill Tupou is all but finished at this level and will play very few if any games again.

think that neatly summarises what a lot of right minded supporters think, end of day we have severe financial restrictions compared to most clubs. But a lot of the signings made recently have been players that are a year or so beyond their best , and haven’t stayed fit - Brough , atkins looked like decent signings but gave us very little conversely westerman looked a high risk signing but was fantastic for us . Pretty tough if your the board

Getting back to the Toulouse being a potential relegation decider , they could easily have beaten Wigan and we have half a team unavailable for the game. Lose it and we will be firmly rooted in bottom spot win it and same applies to Toulouse.

Weatherman was terrific for half a season and the after his call up was anonymous or injured so even that didn’t go swimmingly in terms of signings.

Even on his worst day he was one if the best in the team.
Wedterman was a good signing.

Wedterman is the German loose forward we signed but he couldn't get in the team because Westerman was playing so well.

Whose going to be missing that makes up half a team.

Even if we had 8.5 players unavailable that doesn’t necessarily equate to half the team that would have been picked.

This is my point, you only take the worst case.

Lyne will be back as will Hall. We don’t know if Jowitt is in trouble.

We don’t know regarding Miller.

Gaskell may well be fit.

In truth the only obvious players I know of who almost certainly won’t play is Hood and Lineham.

Croft can certainly play.

Let’s see what happens before we claim we are half a team down, please.

Miller failed his h.i.a so is automatically ruled-out for Friday, but assuming Walker is fit then he is the obvious replacement ??
Willie said last week that Gaskell and Hood are still a couple of weeks off.
