Answering the same accusation as Cosmic Cat (maybe same person?) over on facebook this morning. Also MC had reeled off which ooc players we had made offers to, but were waiting a reply from, at the recent fans forum.

Same bit I was referring to was that only one person on here keeps repeating the same line as only one person on FB. Same guy?

Wollo I’m not fb or twitter my source is top draw Mc offered less money early in the season trinity were struggling again relegation looked good so Jb thought f it I’m off to rovers super league team and more money no brainier

Responded to a fan saying that he couldn't blame Batch fro leaving as he was offered less money saying that was simply untrue....then when asked for more details said we had offered him 10% more than his current contract.

So that's our CEO posting under his own name on the official Trinity Facebook page against someone posting behind a username on rlfans....make up your own mind what the truth is! Don't get why someone would say something is 100% right when it clearly isn't? Quite embarrassing really....

Gutted to see Batch leave by the way...probably the worst I've felt about an outgoing player since Solomona went to Bradford....just the fact it seems more a sideways move than anything else...personally think Batch is better than HKR without trying to disrespect them....if t had been a bigger club would probably have been more understandable...

Just hitting his prime...think he can become one of the best British back rowers in the game...a real shame it won't be with us...

I was watching Gale yesterday and if that rumours true I’d be delighted. He’s got years in him yet and a club like ours would suit him fine, Finn mark two. No idea if it’s true though.

I agree on Gale. He looked like the only player with any forward intent. Looked a bit quicker than I anticipated too. If the Hull fans think he's the problem they should be careful what they wish for.

Unfortunately that is and always has been our problem , we simply cannot compete with the bigger spending clubs and also players agents who imo push the players . But when one door closes another always opens , and there will be another Batch waiting in the wings to take his place at some point
