Ten out and four in was a clear signal of intent for this season.
Perhaps a new coach would sideline the wasters currently on holiday extracting the urine. If they can’t be paid off, set them aside or loan swap them. Maybe they are having an effect on morale? We don’t know, actually as stated, we don’t know anything as the club is in a non communicative mode and has been a while.
Sticking plaster management doesn’t work.
A morale booster is often a catalyst for improvement. Any suggestions welcome, just in case anyone reads this.
Deregister one and bring DF back for six games. Ok, I’m dreaming, perhaps I’ve been in the shower two years.

As you say you don't know any of those things.

When Minnards did the Shareholder meeting he and Mash both said Proctor was a good influence on the team.
You can't just deregister a player. They have contracts. Unless you are offering to pay them off.

You constantly say they don't do anything except sticking plasters, but that in itself is doing something. The loan deals have allowed unfit players to get fitter without playing them and gave us an opportunity to see if we could improve with other players.
The stand off didn't win us the game but I think he might if we can keep him longer.

I don't see a suggestion of new coach either. Cas have shown there's no super coach saviour out there.

Good attempt at defence. So you actually think things are working because we keep loaning people. Mason and the Wigan hooker worked well didn’t it. I didn’t suggest not paying, I’m not that thick thanks. I said deregister.

Try being a Leigh fan for 60 years. Only 3 seasons in Superleague and relegated each time, with only couple of short periods of success in the early 70’s and 80’s.

They have to keep up appearances. Truth is Proctor is turning out to be a PR nightmare. He really is.

What does leadership look like to you? 15 minute stints then doubled over shattered?

When injured, stand on the sideline playing with your phone instead of taking an interest in the team?
