Not saying I would want him as coach, but of late he seems have have turned it around at Hull.
Could it be since old Kath sold her share in the club he has had less interference from her and
now he is starting to get on with the job much better ?
Last but not least I don't like his assistants when all three sit together in the stand they look like
an ugly trio of little hobbits.
You know I was thinking about this myself. Hulls BOD have a history of interfering in team matters and not backing their Coach - as happened to JK.
I don't actually recall much about Agar pre Hull TBH. However failing at Hull who are SL's greatest under achievers is by itself not enough for a prosecution.
He's still not for me but then no British Coach is. I'm personally convinced that the only way we can move on is by making a massive leap forward. Again just IMHO only an Aussie can offer this, someone totally independent from the British game who has no pre conceived ideas. Whether Gentle is that man I don't know, but with all the will in the world Agar along with all the other Brits isn't the man as IMO. All are products of SL which by definition is inferior by a fair way.
If Agar is picked I will back him and pray he proves me wrong but he will need to up his game by a large amount.
