Funding must improve and before I get the usual comments like we have no money , we'll to carry on like we are is not an option, money must be found to either back Chester or a new manager. It's simply not acceptable to keep wheeling out the skint, skint skint banner, it's the responsibility of the club to provide funds to allow a competitive side to take the field and then back the manager.
Its shameful to allow the present situation to continue in the knowledge that anew manager would almost certainly require funding pot.

Plenty of fans forfeited their season ticket money to help the club last season. The club has just recently said that there's been a 15% increase in Commit 6 membership.
Quite a few players left at the end of last season, with only a couple coming in.
That 15% increase indicates that the fans want the club to succeed but won't last long whilst the same structure is in place.

How much money do you think the club has lost through gate revenue during this pandemic .

I think the players are good enough

I don’t think it’s a funding issue though I understand the argument and it goes without saying some big names would help but I don’t think we can afford that

I think Chester has lost the dressing room personally

We need a new coach to bring fresh ideas and give them confidence

The players are good enough
Our squad is good enough to produce much better performances than we are

NOT AS MUCH as nearly every other team due to the fact they have higher attendance than us

I don't think he's lost the dressing room either, the effort wouldn't be there which for me it is. I think he's just run his course.

Lampyboy is absolutely correct
The Club/management have to go out and get it/find it,that is the role of the owners/Ceo/management,do you think other businesses just say "where is this money coming from" they go out and get it thats how business works !!
We are a city with big business all around us, the role of management is to find it,do you think Leeds manage to get the funds in they need or did the new stands Just appear out of nowhere,
If we are happy to just allow "there's no money" then we will get what we deserve,I can't think of any other business that would allow this to happen

Leeds got a loan from the council, much like what Trinity have done. They have a large supporter base meaning they are more attractive to sponsors/partnerships.

The backer for the stands was actually legal and general,do you.think this funding just appeared or donyou think the management were doing their job and actually went and found it ?
As for a large supporter base this comes from doing well.
You need everything in place proffesionaly to achieve all this do you think we have? (Genuine question)
Well run businesses find what they need by being good in negotiating and selling their brand to backers/sponsors/supporters Etc..
As said before if people just accept "there's no money" then we will get what is deserved
The old saying if you keep doing what you have always done you will always get what you always got.
