Does anyone know the real timescale on this or are we all just posturing and delaying the inevtable because as good as a position we are on the field at the moment, we will not be given a 2nd chance when it comes to the franchises.

wakefield is the worst sl ground i have been to. terrace all falling down at ur feet stains sfull of weeds. cas stand full of asbestos then ppl hav the cheek to say rovers ground is $hit ? look closer to home pal u play in a $hithole ov a ground

Our ground has educational facilities, something that is clearly needed in East Hull.
