Unions greed! They fought for terms and conditions that we all benefit from today. For greed, you need to examine the Tories, selling off our assets to their city mates for a knock down price, sending profits abroad to avoid tax, bringing in and abusing cheap foreign labour to maximise their profits then complaining about immigrants, slashing funding for state schools yet giving tax breaks to private schools, closing hospitals. All in the name of siphoning as much cash as they can from workers pockets into their Panamanian bank accounts. May's hubby stands to make a fortune from equity release insurance if the Tories are elected again and implement their dementia tax, designed to stop plebs passing on their hard earned wealth to their kids. When it comes to strong and stable long term economic plans this shower are a bunch of snake oil salespeople, they refuse to talk policy and just indulge in Public School style bullying of anyone who stands against them, they're a bunch of autocratic elitist pseudointellectual lightweights.

Wasn't Thatchers plan to sell off the shares in the nationalised industries supposed to give people like thee and me a stake in these grand new private concerns. Just how many of the likes of us still own these shares? They were all quickly bought up by big foreign and British businesses, just like Thatcher knew they would be. THEY DON'T CHANGE!!

Mmmm. I don't consider myself an expert by any means and my simplistic logic cannot understand why, after years of austerity the national debt has doubled since the tories came into power. I look forward to another 5 years of balancing the books!

I remember the Scottish couple who gave the Scottish nationalists 5.5 million of their 161 million pound euro lottery win. I thought at the time it was such a waste of money, 161 million wouldv build a Stadium and let us spend up to the cap for years to come and still give the person most of his winnings

AT LAST somebody has mentioned the word "stadium" again. With a bit a bit of luck in another 3 pages we will get a post with both "Wakefield" and "Stadium" in it.
