This is a fair enough argument. At 36, would Brough be bothered if he was backup or not used in every game? Would be no better player for our halfbacks to learn how to kick in a game of Rugby League. When was the last time Brough was in major bother off the field? He's got a bit of bark and bite about him on the field but are we too nice at times as a team? I think so. I don't know the bloke personally (maybe some do) but he doesn't exactly seemed to have caused uproar at Huddersfield which you would think considering how people are making him out to be.

Didn't he get kicked out of the Scottish world cup team and get sent home?

Leeds seem to be pushing to offload Goulding, wire seem to be interested, I don’t think he would offer anything more than Max,, good pre season start Jowitt which will give him the confidence and belief he’s our No1 , then for me it is his shirt to loose, already interesting to see how this one will plan out !

Spot on Prop9824.
MJ was rookie of the year 2 years ago.
2017 affected his confidence due to lack of game time.
He will get better knowing that the shirt is his to lose.
Full back is not a problem for Wakefield Trinity!

I don't know if it's been posted anywhere lse, apologies if it has but RL Express yesterday annoud that Shudds were interested in taking Grix back now that Max seems to have bagged his place and with Hooley waiting in the wings.
