There is a problem with the culture of the club at the moment and if we are going to survive it needs resolving ASAP.
This isn’t an observation it is a fact and a fact the club are aware of.
No player is bigger than the club, egos in sport can be a great asset to a player but that can also spiral out of control.
The tail has been wagging the dog at Trinity for a while now.
It’s about time the club made a stand and I’m glad they have. It’s the first stage of getting the club back in order.
David has been a wonderful player for Trinity and repaid the faith we put in him. Let’s not pretend he was anything other than a bit part NRL player.
Thanks for the memories Dave, but best for both parties in my opinion if they go their desperate ways.
