I’m looking forward to seeing what the young players can do. In particularly Bailey. Is he a natural scrum half? Been a long time since we’ve brought a half through the academy into first team!
It won’t be an easy game but let’s get behind the team.
A lot is been said of Hulls injury crisis but trinity have had to put up with it for the past month. They’re late to that party. I can’t quite believe the injury issues that the club and Chester have sustained since mid 2019. It’s truly astounding and we have regularly had 1/3 or more of the playing squad in the stands including our best strike players.
This is the only reason I’m willing to give Chester time. But make no mistake things need to pick up towards season close or we need to be looking at recruitment and/or back room staff.
I’ve been a Chester backer for all his tenure but I’m reaching my limit with the last 2 nillings. I truly hope he turns the team around and will back him to do so for now.
