Depends what you mean by paying it back i guess. I believe it is the loans interest we pay on it now. It’s a low interest rate only available for local government but on a £3m+ loan that still adds up. So in that respect you are correct. The actual repayment part doesn’t kick in until the development is built and operational. It is why the full charge remains on balance sheet.

What a load of toss .Take it you were one of the many who could not be ars paying 5 POUNDS on wednsday to the fans forum to listen to a bunch of great guys working there but of to turn the club around.Instead you just come on here and knock a club I have watched for 68 years ,Guess when we go down you will be no way near the ground again As it as not sunk in that the poor recruitment of the players is all down to CHESTER .We could have the best coach in the OZZ set up but he would struggle with this squad To blame the present Coach for were we are at presents is way out of line , Most of the cash for players had been wasted on poor players before he took over Sorry for rant altofts wildcat but think it is time you gave the club a bit of slack .No sugar daddy's at Wakefield just guys doing a far better job then you ,me or any body else who comes on fans forum and like it or not there would not be a club with out them

Bingo!!! Yes you are correct.

Anyhow, lets hope we never have to worry about that next season and we manage to stay up. Because if we go down ,optimist or pessimist the clubs income will be drastically lower and massively effect the quality of the team
