I don't think it does...the other image shows the car boundary at the fence.

Yes there does seem some conflict in images, but it's evident that right of way is controlled by the plot. The gym itself closes tomorrow, there were interested parties, but these pulled out. There have also been people showing interest in the site including the local Mosque on Catherine St. As a piece of land it obviously becomes a key point in the regeneration of BV and in my eyes this is the building that is being discussed behind the scenes by the council with several parties. Then again i could be wrong :)

The site was subject to an offer which has now gone quiet, hence coming back onto the market. It is being monitored.

"The adjoining rugby league club is currently subject to a planning approval to build around 106 new homes". What does that mean ? Homes built on the stadium site ?

IF we move to Newmarket, they will build homes on the stadium site.

Cheers.
That means a property developer has shown an interest in the site and has applied for planning permission. Things seem to be moving at last.

Got told yesterday that Newmarket is back on as the community trusts favoured option. I know MC tweeted a few days ago that Newmarket is ready to go just needs funding sorting. Belle Vue will need to be purchased and then stadium build funded and seems a more complicated option at this moment in time. Like Sir Rodney Walker has this is the most complex project he has dealt with hopefully it will finally have a successful ending.

IIRC the club (or one of Ted Richardson’s then companies) was the applicant. It was done to increase the value of the land prior to the sale. At the time it looked as through Trinity were moving on. I guess it's coming around time for it to be renewed.
