If I get chance I'll post the link but its easy to find.

I don't know nothing about it but they are kicking off on Facebook page as the development as been apparently downgraded and will remain a dump in parts

It looks like the majority of the area covered by the roof is not accessible was this always the plan.

I don't think that's what it means. On the original plan, the back of the terrace was designated for food outlets.
It now says they are retaining the terrace instead of resurfacing.

I'm no expert but I'm not sure that some have misunderstood the intent of the ammendment.
For a start it says the changes are non material.
The change is to reduce the amount of area being resurfaced. That doesn't necessarily mean reducing the capacity.

To Dunk's point. I'd quite like JM to explain.

I have had a look they originally planned terracing like now, then planned a food area and now just an unfinished void. This will definitely cut the North Stand capacity and it does not say how they intend to leave it or what they are doing with the overgrown waste land.
