I think you maybe ought to name the name here - seeing as others have been looking at ways to do the Orlando thing!

Yes it was crown Sorry to here about the ticket company what a bummer. I buy from Mapleleaf on the 192.

It was Theme Park Tickets Direct, they were still appearing to sell after I had the email about non-delivery, but the website is down now. Both the tickets and the money were links I had taken from Money Saving Expert -not a good track record there!! Paid with Credit Card and MBNA say I will should get my money back just waiting for confirmation before I celebrate.

No wonder I only got the tickets after chasing them about 10 days before we left!
They did, to all intent, look like a solid company!

how reliable are orlando attractions? (ok a partially stupid question as you probably don't know, but what was the experience like?
we have always bought from attraction tickets direct, but we can save £130 with orlando attractions.
do they send tickets or a voucher?

I can't answer that question, but FTR, I would recommend you buy at least the Disney tickets direct from Disney. They will send you an e-mail with a bar-code - you take that the first time you go and they issue the relevant tickets there and then - no worries and no hassle.
The Flex tickets are a little more complex as, depending on which parks you intend to visit, they can be owned by different companies, meaning to buy direct would probably mean buying several rather than the 1. Good luck!
