Then this
Nationwide lockdown changes due to take effect tomorrow have been scrapped with hours to spare, Boris Johnson has confirmed.
Plans to reopen bowling alleys, casinos and ice rinks in England from August 1 have been postponed for at least two weeks after cases began to rise in England.
Pilot schemes to restart socially distanced events such as indoor performances and large crowds at sporting events have also been put on hold.

first time I've been out today went to cannon hall farm for the afternoon and it's been lovely, everyone seemed to respect other people space, they staged entry and queues was minimal.
As for the out break in the hospital it seems like standards must of slipped and it wouldn't surprise me as it seemed normal being in public.
Bowling alleys, casinos and ice rinks all are bit difficult in keep distance from each other and items which swap hands so it's not surprising.

Saints take a knee ?

I don't know what to say about that but RL clubs are definitely playing with fire with that stuff.

They all ought to think very carefully about what they are seen to be supporting by doing it.
You don't have to go too far in to internetz land to become....informed, its some proper toxic politics that will see some upset.
Sky are saying Saints took the knee for the Black Lives Matter MOVEMENT, so there's no escaping that fall out if it's true, but it is Sky after all.

Actually, I just personally joined some dots there writing that last line....

I saw Brixton yesterday, people marching in paramilitary uniform some with balaclavas, people need to do their research into BLM. Judging by the comments on Facebook, some people have stated they will not buy another season ticket if Wakefield take the knee. BLM is stirring up hatred and division.

I may be one. I can’t stop people doing it but I can withdrawal my financial support.

If the club has anything about it they should encourage players stand arm in arm to signify all lives matter. There I should be nothing special about being black, that after all is the point surely.

It might not be as simple as turning the other cheek

I feel a bit dirty for wishing Sky UK was still controlled by Murdoch, but you only have to compare political coverage with Sky Australia to see the yawning chasm that exists between them politically.

Sybolising anything can be taken over and used by any organisation trying to obtain notoriety.
For me the whole one knee episode should be shelved along with the black lives matter .
Any one with an ounce of sence understands that black lives matter along with all lives.
Just how you eradicate racism and discrimination will have to be worked out by someone with more brain power and influence than i have but im not one of the many who need influencing.

I'm sorry but this is one instance where clubs should stand firm.
The very term BLM is racist in itself and to me it is being driven by vile people, NO kneeling - Full stop.

I’m fully behind any player at the club who decides to take the knee. I won’t be withdrawing my support.
