It was discussed on the last fans meeting, they are the deluxe ones apparently, which caused a fiscal disagreement between the two accountants Whether they help the team, who knows.

Went past earlier today and was a bit of a jam caused by all the trucks delivering supplies to the site. Must have been 3/4 trucks there.

Also looks like concrete casting going into the north stand.

Curious that Cas appear to have a similar deal to us in transition for around 12 million. Despite increase in costs they still have submitted planning for a stand that sounds similar to us but also a refurb of all 3 other stands and new 4G pitch.

Seems like 12 million might stretch a bit further that side of Wakefield. I’d assumed prices had recently increased as we are having to make savings and only effectively have a refurb of one stand and a new stand.

Also we didn't get 12 million and neither will they. we got if memory serves, 7.8 million from YC and 2 million from the Councils, the rest we found ourselves.

Cas have no money of their own, and as yet no money from anyone else other that the Council funding. Anyone can submit a plan and some bogus costs to keep IMG happy.

Even the most optimistic of Cas fans know this isn't happening any time soon, certainly not for £12m. Part of this is just putting on a show for IMG. Saying that, I hope in time we both end up with Grade A licenses because they're still my favourite fixture of the season.

AFAIK, it's a new main stand and refurbishment of railway end. Plastic pitch is for the adjacent training pitch.
