Fast becoming a pointless thread, because there isn't a hope in hell of anyone from Cas saying, "do you know what, now I think about it, Newmarket is a great idea,"

I would if the stadium said Home of Wakefield and Castleford ,yellow and black seats and white and blue seats etc...with no refarance that it was just Wakefields ground ,it would be an option.....can the same be said of wakey fans with the same spec at GH.
The point is we aint got time to argue,GH is too far infront of your proposed site, you dont want GH...fine,we both go down a league .
That would be the end of wakey in top flight rugby in my opinion, cas i feel would be in a few yrs be pushing for SL once more

Devils Disciples required - No initiation ceremony needed just enter AJ Bell Stadium on Gameday to be accepted.

Should council/government provide stadia for use by professional sporting clubs or swimming pools, gyms etc. for the 'working people'?

Your question would take too long in answering and move well away from the topic.
In view of the first part, why should there be such a lack of parity between different councils and different governments ?
Why should I have to pay for my visits to the gym when many others now gain free admission after obtaining notes from their doctors after taking certain 'life choices' ?

( I accept I am English.I do not want to give anymore money to the government,so I won't pay for a passport to get out.Apathy has set in and I no longer care that no suit, democratically elected leader or member of the brains department cares about sport or the people in this country. The rest of the world can continue to laugh at us,particularly the Australians !)

Or if we go by your ideas here, Newmarket isn't in Wakefield.

That, is the biggest clutching of straws I have ever seen.

Perhaps not, but once you accept him for what he is it's difficult to get wound up by his ridiculousness.

Is saying 'Glasshoughton is in Cas' the same as saying 'Horbury Bridge is in Horbury?' Or "Altofts is in Normanton?"

Sorry, I need some hope
