for a few years i have always thought that wakefield never had enough "fire" in the forwards. we had big forwards, but i would like to see an intmidating pack.

when we signed newton i thought that we did not want him as he was very dirty and gave away too many penalties, until i realised that he was just the type of player i had been wanting to see!!

it was a big loss to wakefield when he was guilty of the drug use.

it is a bigger loss to the community of rugby league now that we have lost him.

I was excited when I heard we'd signed him. We've been missing a proper 'hatchet man' for years and Terry was going to be just the man to ruffle a few feathers.

Shame we never got to see a full season in the red, white and blue.
