Peter Box says heads of terms not fit for purpose, and beleives developer has no intention of building the stadium. Developer to be asked to leave the process in order to find a new developer!

Mackie would be an idiot to agree to walk away from all that land over the sake of £6-8 million. Let's hope he takes this threat seriously and agrees to something with some substance.

Unfortunately I suspect Box will say they cannot find a new developer or alternatively finding one and them being in a position to deliver a stadium will be too late for our needs

Just a load of bull and hot air unless its backed up with firm actions that will deviver a stadium in time.

Sir Rodney's claim to get a stadium built for 2019 is made to look absolutely ridiculous when even if Yorkcourt did intend to build a stadium they wouldn't have done it until and unspecified number of houses are built for which no planning permission is applied for. The Box statement makes him look even worse when even Box is saying the HOT is rubbish. . Sir Rodders needs to get his pipe and slippers and his trust and slink off in to the sunset.
