Genuine question to those with a certain level of optimism about our situation, what is the difference between us and Salford? As far as I can see we have similar budgets, similar playing roster in terms of talent, similar situations re disruption (Injuries, COVID etc)?
Attitude for one, fitness another. I'd rate the coach more too. To be fair though I think they've done well with injuries over the last two years, as Trinity did in 17 and 18.
Joe isn’t struggling for fitness, it’s players around him that are and he’s covering for them. Only one with passion out there in the first 40.
Tanginoa and Westerman are the only 2 Trinity players not getting absolutely dominated!
Team in form or not, poor coach or not Reece Lyne is a poor player, he’s one of the most experienced out there and across 2 games now he’s been below average.

How long can we bag individual players for sub par performance though mate? Look at Johnstone? He is world class.... We are not giving him any ball and when we do the defensive line are straight on him putting him on his back.

Very true but I’ve held my tongue about Lyne for a while!

There is your answer, Attitude, fitness both come down to the backroom staff - Coaching is the difference and it is 100% clear to see.
