Crofts defence hasn’t been a problem all the way through his junior and Academy career to date.
He’s probably down a bit on confidence after his knee injury, compounded by stepping up to a higher level and playing in a team that generally doesn’t defend well on the edges.
Give him time, let him have the chance to get a grip of playing at this level and regain his confidence and form.
The first 5 mins of the second half are so important, yet we concede pretty much straight away. Plus the amount of unforced errors we are making is criminal!
