But Willzay, he's already said we didn't have the money......though clearly it might have been an option, but when we already had too many injuries I'm not sure how they'd pay for it.
We needed Ellis boost money to do the things we wanted to do which was much later....and then we started winning.

Ultimately, right or wrong Carter explained they thought it was the injuries and small squad causing the problem and not Mash.....which I guess but don't know....is why they didn't replace him.

Everything must relate to the past but after the start the obvious thing to do was replace the coach. Appoint a proper director of rugby to undertake a full review before it was too late. He did neither so you have got what you deserve by believing in them. They need supporters like you to roll over and have him give you some belly tickles unfortunately we will find out which one of us represent the majority especially if the coach stays and we follow through with the planned strategy.
I presume we will have the usual overpriced shirt, the question is which club will we be copying this time. If he has set the season ticket prices in advance don’t expect any favours because we are just considered cash cows and we will be required to cover some of the lost central funding resulting from this disastrous season they oversaw.

So it's my fault? Good to know. I'll try and do better next season.

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

The fault lies 100% with Carter Minards and Applegarth, but having fans who pander and defend every obvious error has helped to inflate the egos of the three who have got us relegated.

It’s not your fault entirely but those like you who have accepted that the incumbents because one of them saved the club from his boss ten seasons ago, are allowed to do what they like to the squad without question. I think they should all be ashamed for what we have endured over the last few seasons and if they had a shred of decency they would leave and hand the club to someone with the resources they like to remind us constantly that they don’t.

We are just going round in circles.
I've explained my point on all these things as have others and you just ignore it and go back to the beginning.

I tried. I'm giving up now.

EVENTUALLY, WE'LL WIN SOMETHING, ,MAYBE, IF I'M STILL ALIVE THEN

Re: Relegation Confirmed : Sat Sep 16, 2023 5:13 pm
MC should have signed Rocky Hampshire. Not for what he brought on the field, but to give himself an easier time off it.

Poching was poor half way through the season, his reputation rescued by an end of season rally that everyone reported as being not much to do with him.

The fault for our plight is a mix of things. Perhaps MC got too involved in rugby when maybe his strength was finances. I don’t know, I’m not behind the scenes, but we’ve been heading towards this point for years. For me, the root cause of everything is Yorkcourt, because our decline is down to finances, and our finances are down to the ground, which should have been sorted years ago. You track the decline on a graph, and Yorkcourt start it. Whether or not anyone could have done any better, I’ve no idea. We had one good season under MC in the league. We had play-offs under Glover and Ted, so he’s achieved nothing more than the others, except he’s got the ground half-built with the chance for greater financial streams. Just maybe a few years too late.

If we come back up due to IMG gradings, because of the off-field work done by JM and MC, what will people say?
