I've had a lap top for over a year or so working ok bought second hand (6 months old at the time) and its now decided to tell me that vista is not original and has stopped working properly,
does anyone know of a virus that can cause this and has anyone an idea of how to correct it, it works ok on line but has the annoying writing in the bottom right hand corner telling us its not original and has just a black screen as background
