Good riddance. It was possibly Hickeys arrival that cost Mr Kear a chance at staying here.

Wrong, his wife couldn't settle - nothing to do with an offer from the Broncos which as far as I'm aware came later and was for less cash, and I'll add a FACT onto that one because I know it to be true. It's not a dig at him, it's a big life adjustment moving halfway round the world and some can't make it. It surprises me how many Aussies do settle.

Must admit this offloading of Hickey increases my estimations of Mr Agar. Since (I believe) Hickey was on a 2 yr deal, did we get anything for him?
