Sorry but that’s a poor excuse!

Hampshire, Jones Bishop, Lyne, Sau, MCB, Miller, Reynolds, Fifita, Randal, Hurst, Batchelor, Horo, Crowther
Wood, Kirmond, King, Kopczack

That’s still a high quality line up and should be enough to beat London let alone trail by 42-6 at one stage.

We are now 6th in the table and luck not to be 7th after Sts controversial winner against Salford.

Poor defence, lots of unforced errors, poor discipline and too often we look unmotivated. The players change but the problems remain so work it out for yourself.

Agree re the pens and errors - completion rate dire in the first half and not finding touch from a pen!
All our errors led to a try.
Disgree re injuries. Some of the injuries that we have were clearly down to tackles - nothing to do with fitness.

Well I seem to remember that Chester told everyone he took some of the blame after the first London debacle. Looks like the bloke and the rest of his staff are extremely poor learners.

Injuries come about fatigue and its clear we aint fit from the fact we dont play for 80 mins

For it to happen once down there it can be put down to over confidence or whatever you want to call it, but for it to happen again and probably play our worst game of RL this season against the bottom side, some serious questions need to be asked about the preparation & about the players motivation and where their heads are at, especially the first 40 minutes, again we've started like crap - it's happened too many times already this season. That side on the park was easily good enough to get the job done down South but for whatever reason again they've failed spectacularly. That's now 6 points we've lost against sides we should be beating.

We've got 3 winnable games coming up in SL to get back into a good position but an attitude adjustment needs to happen before that and then a big response from the players on the pitch. Error after error & stupid penalties galore have really crept into our game big time the past 2 games and that's on the players to sort out because we know they're better than that.

Just to show how tight Super League is this season we've dropped from 3rd to 6th in the space of two days. Unless we get our act together pdq the top five is going to be just a dream.
It's times like this that I wish we were back in the days of winning pay and losing pay. May be we could then see 80 minutes of determined effort on the pitch. Despite our injuries that team that turned out today would have been a "dream team" when we were in the state that we were in five or so years ago. Yet they still don't know the meaning of the word "consistancy".

Another blow. Not just losing but being thrashed ! remind me who was near the top and the one at the bottom? I'm gobsmacked. We simply are not top three stuff .

Personally I would have gone for Hampshire to the halves and left Max at FB as both have excelled there in recent weeks, but I aren't the coach and have to accept the coach's decision.
Not blaming that for this shambles.
Perhaps in future contracts there should be some financial incentive to win!

It seems no matter what player comes in, we at Wakefield have an inherently built in 'self destruct button'.
I've lost track of the times over the past 40/50 years that we've fallen to pieces when a challenge comes along. Today's was a modest challenge of beating the leagues minnow. God help us at Saints.

Utterly shocking. Scoreline flattered us in the end. Some of those players need to realise they aren’t as good as they think they are.

Daft thing, and completely Trinity-esque, like the first game of the season, they're more likely to give Saints a game than London.

Perhaps playing busted is catching up, clutching at straws I know.

Aiming for the top 5 - struggles against teams below.

Aiming for CC final - struggles against a poor championship team.
