I certainly haven't seen anything official about a new contract for Chester, just hearsay
As I've said over and over, I'm not blindly backing Chester. I can't see how he can continue personally, but too many people are throwing facts around that are just plainly not true.
It gets in the way of understanding what is going on.
I don't know Carter well but he doesn't strike me as someone too soft to sack someone. It's Scarlett that has generated that myth just because that's what he does.

That's exactly what he does but for some reason, some on here give the snide some creedence.
The way I look at it is this.
It doesn't need to get personal and the finger of blame doesn't need to get pointed at one person.
It's a relationship that appears to have run its course. We've all had them, people we once felt a passion for now, leave us cold. No one is really to blame, the chemistry has just gone.
Why? Who knows, certainly not Scarlett or those with a vested interest like Mopsey. The relationship between coach and players appears to have broken down irrevocably and for me, a separation now appears inevitable.
Might as well do it now and get it over with and give the new bloke a fighting chance.
