Travelling back north tomorrow but I think I'm going to give this game a miss. Just couldn't stand another loss against this mob and to watch it would ruin the weekend.
Saw a hilarious claim on the Cas board earlier that they have the best left winger in Super League in Greg Eden, I don`t think he`s even top 5 tbh and someone above just made a good point, if TJ plays, those Gaskell kicks land in his hands and its a Wakefield try 95% of the time.

I have learnt the hard way not to criticise a player until after the match!

I'm heading the other way - up to Aberdeen, 380 miles - but I've delayed the departure to get to the match. The players have said how important the crowd is and the Cas fans know that and will be out in force. We have to match them - not just on the field but on the terraces. It's our home game and all the players need to feel that from the crowd.

If we’re within a 100 miles of this game Purim’s army couldn’t stop me from going… I regularly commuted from both Derby and Malton to home games when I lived in the UK.
The only thing (xcept from family) I miss about the UK is Trinity games and Belle Vue

Bit harsh Vasty. To be fair to him, the pain of those defeats is bloody painful and I don't blame him in some ways. I have literally left BV feeling sick, the game where we were 16-0 (I think?) up at HT only to lost to a Luke Gale drop goal springs to mind. They are tough losses to take, especially so many. I get that when we do finally beat them it will be amazing though.
Imho winning this game will be a lot easier if we do two things. One we take it seriously but not to seriously. Two, we wise up to McShane and his box of tricks.
Like everyone else I’m nervous and not willing to predict but I will be there shouting in support,
I had three aims this season.
Avoid relegation.
Beat Cas
Play well for once in the CCup.
We’ve managed one even if we dropped out in the end so we are still on track hopefully.
