Yeah, I tried through the website yesterday and it wasn’t having it.

Thanks, the app seems to work better than the website.

I’ll secure mine today. Probably spread payment.

Have you downloaded the app, works fine from there. Also no need to download either.

I’ve had a bit of chew with mine.. I did it through the app, paid by Apple Pay … although it said that I’d made a transaction it didn’t show up in my tickets… I emailed the club (sat) . They replied that it might be just timings… sure enough it has now shown up when I looked this morning…
They told me to contact the club if it didn’t rectify itself..

Also had an issue with the OTP that the app sends…
So I use the password instead and there no problem

Bought mine on Saturday morning after logging on to the app. Season tickets bought and downloaded in less then a minute, no issues whatsoever.

I've got an email with the download attached but was expecting to have to go and collect an actual plastic card from the shop like we have done in the past ??

FIL - They are pushing the season tickets on your phone but will supply a plastic card if you prefer.
