Yorkcourts contribution to the project would cover their backsides and Newmarket is all theirs to develop as they wish. And a smaller build means more space for the owner of BV to develop and as such more profit for them. Then given the ‘successful’ working partnership then maybe other projects between the parties may just take place in the district. Everyone’s a winner. Execept the club obviously who will be in limbo by then.
