Heads of terms agreed 5 weeks ago, best case 4 week due diligence period, must be almost over their line by now.

Think it will be when East Stand done .that M C and J M will go Know some fans will be glad to see the back of them .But the difference is they have not just talked about a ground ,fit for S L like a lot of the Chairman we have had .They have built one ,All I can say is a big thanks and.left the club in a good place, The Hospitality in the new stand will have 250 tables in, will bring in 250,000 pounds a season and with weddings social events even more .So if you want to help club get some tables bought.We could have a few for people who are in the fans forum .Guess we would have plenty to talk about or should that be some argument to sort out lol The thing is we do it because we care about the club So really we are all in it together.

Now he's given some money for the relegation battle it's probably not as urgent.

He's certainly is doing as much as he can right now, to in trying to retain our super league status.

I saw a comment on the RWB earlier today saying that hit had gone through, but I dont know if it was reliable or not.

What I do know, is that MC has recently been away, and was hoping to complete and sign with Mr Ellis before he left.

Whether or not that happened, I'm not sure

I’m the least tech savvy person in the planet , but surely MC doesn’t physically have to be in the room to sign the paper work ,unless it for photographs and the old handshake whilst handing to reins over . You can sign your life away without actually stepping out of your living room with electronic signatures nowadays ,so I doubt a holiday will stop the proceedings unless of course he’s gone off grid

Very true.

The last time I saw him, he looked very tired, and drawn.

Maybe he just wanted it done and dusted, before he went so he could properly relax. I would have done, if I was in that position.

Had that have been the case though, you would have thoight though, that there would have been an announcement, unless they were holding off, until after the Huddersfield game, with us not playing this weekend.

I'm not sure how long he is actually away for.
