So looks like Wire have today signed Josh Charnley from Sale Sharks.

Are they worried that we will outpace them out wide?
Should we be worried that this gives them a boost?

Been rumours around Charnley going to Wire for about a year now.

They have been in desperate need of a decent wingman for a good few seasons, Lineham is not the player they expected and Russel just isn`t a winger.

According to League Express they were interested in Craig Hall as well, but seems they've plumped for Charnley.

he's a decent lump is Charnley, dunno what his pace is like these days, but he's bigger than average, been out of the game for a while though.
Hall's not been playing SL either so mebbe both of em are a bit chancey

Seemed to have lost a bit of pace before going to the dark side but, a decent winger.
I'd rather have any of our 3 though and all 3 would beat Charnley for pace and in the air.

There's been far less precipitation on the other side of the Pennines over the last couple of weeks compared to this side and the drainage at the Halliwell Jones is pretty good, somwith a drying week forecast and double figure day time temperatures I predict the going good to firm
