Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere but this weekend sees the Yorkshire junior finals brought to Belle Vue due to your brilliant Chairman coming to the rescue.

Will be some great matches if anybody is free to go down and support.

Hull sides will dominate obviously.

Skirlaugh U14s are the best footballing side I’ve seen at that age for some time but Emley will push them all the way if they play to their strengths, should be a cracking game hopefully.

I that Emley Moor? If so how things have changed. I remember my lads team playing them about ten years ago and they couldn't even raise a full team. Se we had to lend them players, not that it made much difference as they were very poor. Someone must have done some very good things and the say youth RL is dying.

Definitely Vasty, the last few seasons Emley have had good well coached U14s, the coaches are good lads and mostly Wakey fans which helps

Ive seen Emley Moor play a few times and they impress me more each time. Really good side but I don't see them containing Skirlaughs size. Skirlaugh play good rugby too.

The under 16s game could be really tight. Cas panthers have got within 1 score of West Hull in both of their league encounters if I recall correctly.

For what ever reason they backed out so Wakey to the rescue, at least we can ban any other club scouts entering :thumb:
