Still waiting for him to step up to the plate been a youngster for 8 years he's ok when everyone else looks good but he's no Bach and no Chris annakin give me those 2 anyday feel like we are flogging a dead horse. He's a ok tackler but that's about it.

He's still 21 isn't he? A baby for a forward.

He turned 22 in Feb so still young for a middle. Posters like NGBC love bagging folk. We've had it with Reece, Tom, Max etc, bagged as they are progressing well.
I'm surprised he's got two full stops in his monologue tbh.

What is your definition of stepping up exactly?
Probably not his best game ever but I didn't pick him out as playing badly.

He made 18 tackles and didn't miss any

He's a decent young player and will still take a couple more years to get to his best. I'd rather keep him as a good work in progress than let him go to another team for them to get his best years from him

Wow I didn’t know we had such unpleasent bullying fans, I’m a bit ashamed to support the same club, assuming you do actually support the club.

Also instead of bullying a 22 year old why not have a pop at David Fifita who put in his worst shift this? Or fellow youngster Hampshire who was utterly out played. Or does that take a bit more bravery on your part?

Lots of players failed in that first half and didn’t step up not just one.

What a load of dross.

Forwards don't usually mature till early-mid twenties.

If anything I'm still waiting for Annakin to live up to the potential he was showing about 5 years ago. IMO he hasn't really kicked on.

Regarding Crowther Chessie made a massive mistake last night IMHO. WE started out with one out and out prop in Fifita and a very light back three.T This surrended the forward battle to Cas right from the off. WE had four big props sat on the bench which was a bad mistake. We should have hit them with a big pack and kept the likes of Crowther out of the game for a while, we asked too much of him last night. I also thought Kirmo now looks a shadow of his former self and Ashurst also had a quiet game and made little impact. So under those circumstances its a hard ask for Crowther.
