Well, I think we will have done enough to lull Catalan into believing that they are better than us.
While they were giving Wigan a pasting in the Camp Nou, we were getting caned in London (but for a bizarre second half rally).

Can we turn our form around and carry on from the last 30 minutes from London or, will Catalan give us a beating.

Really nervous about this one and we desperately need something from this on to take into the Saints game the following week.
Catalan usually travel badly and we have already beaten them this season.
Let's hope we can make it a double.

Come on Trin !

I'll probably check the result to decide if I watch the recording. Thank goodness it's not Newcastle as I'd have been there.

I shan't be there, because I have no interest in sitting in Anfield all day - but I'll watch us on telly; if we don't win with a 50 metre DG in the dying seconds of the game, it will be an anti-climax.

How do we approach this game?

Chester and MC on record as saying they really want a good crack at the challenge cup this year...do we sacrifice two competition points in order to give ourselves a better chance against Saints? Do we rest key players and go to Saints as fresh as possible with all our big guns rested up or do we go all out for these two points and try and take winning form to the cup game?

I've been thinking for a while that Big Dave could do with a rest but then last week he comes up with his usual 100+ metres, two tries and a staggering 45 tackles, so if he can do it why can't the rest?

Funny side Catalans...outstanding one week...shocking the next...hope we bump into the latter!

This really is a 50/50 for me...we need to go back to basics and do all the small things right and the rest will fall into place! Do anther London and we'll be on the end of a proper hiding!

We need to speed up the rucks.
We are always bad at teams who can slow the start of the play down and we don't seem to be able to change tactics when they do.

For me we must put the effort in to getting up so that we at least force the penalty.
I actually don't know but I assume it's a big pitch at Anfield an we need to swing the ball.

Size doesn't account for quality. Anfield is just a bigger Goodison.

Massive mistake taking it to Anfield. It may be an iconic stadium but in one of the most run down areas of Liverpool a bus ride from the city centre. Why change what was an obvious success. Perhaps someone must have taken a backhander ( allegedly)
