@ILaybourn

Wakefield coach Chris Chester says he expects the club to part company with five or six players at the end of the season and is hoping to bring "four quality players in"

Who are we thinking?

Out: Huby, Hampshire? MCB? Kirmond, Annakin? Baldwinson? Randell?

In: Walker? Westerman, Atkins?

I think MCB should be given a long term deal if we can agree terms . He has shown since his return he knows his way to the try line and always gives 100 percent .

I think he's shown a lot more than that actually.
I was surprised how good he was at centre and his defence is better than most too.
I'd happily keep him if he wants to stay. And I don't necessarily think he's backup either.

Really would like him to stay but I keep hearing that he has already signed with London for next season.

That said now we know that we have an adequate back up in Kershaw maybe he is just an expense that we cannot keep in the wings as a back up, in all honesty he would be a starting winger for me over BJB next season, that is not to say I am not happy with BJB, I just think MCB has performed better this season.

Another rumour that just wont go away, I have heard he has been signed for cover which TBF if at the right price isn`t the worst cover for the SR/Centre in the world.

I think the only problem with Westerman is that he'll be asking for way too much due to what Toronto and Hull will have put on the table.

Not really, Hull didn`t offer him a contract, He wants to be close to home that leaves us, Leeds, Cas and Hudds - Hudds don`t have the Cap space and are looking to offload, Cas did not want him and Leeds offered him a deal yet I reckon they were more interested in throwing money at overseas players rather than giving him a decent deal. You should know, aren`t you his best mate?
