Very different situations as both are established clubs. All these teams are new entities. As I say it may be wishful thinking on my part but I just can’t see MC and co committing to buying BV if there were not a plan in place to develop it.

It doesn’t make no sense as a mortgage is always better than paying rent but I can’t help but think there is more to this.

I’m thinking in the future, I’m guessing we might be trying to create a kind of miniature PSG, pure speculation/wishful thinking on my part I must admit.
