What a huge game this is going to be for both sides and it will define our season.
The loser in this one will be staring right down the barrel of the relegation spot and weirdly, the victor has chance to go on and claim the 5th play off spot.
Having played twice already this season, with Trinity twice coming away with a single point win, there is clearly very little between the two sides and with Trinity not having won since their last meeting and Huddersfield, despite having had a couple of "W's", having lost their last 3, this game is all about the result.
Unlikely to be filled with quality but, rammed full of tension
Huddersfield are likely to bring their usual 2 car loads of fans and this could mean that home advantage will be the difference in what promises to be another close encounter, the third of it's kind this season.

Danny Brough, it's time to shine.

Come on Trin

The problem with Broughy was always going to be one of diminishing returns. It doesn’t matter how good a player you are or how determined you are at aged 35??? You have only so many good games left in you. That’s just a sad fact of life.

On a pus note I think he is due one :D

I know & we've signed him for 2 years How many good games did we hope to get out of him, :FRUSRATED: he wasn't playing that good for Shudds & according to hearsay he's cost quite a bit of money & then we sign Reynolds it doesn't make sense somebody needs a shake those 2 signings could have brought in a top class scrumhalf that could have been with us for quite a while

As BOJO would say, this is a must win.

It’s not must win, but it would be nice to win.

Uh, yes it is. You do realise there is only four points between us and bottom?

A 16 point loss and we slip below Huddersfield in the league

Hard not to agree really. We are in freefall at the moment and really need to start being more creative, with what players we have on the park.
it's a fact we have many preferred players missing and I realise that most of the rest are giving their all but at times we seem clueless in attack.
Who'd be a coach - not me! :D

Yes it’s an important match and a win will give us breathing space, the doom and gloom nuggets who probably don’t even go to matches will hype it as must win in anticipation of coming on here if we lose. With the points difference we have at the moment over the bottom 3 teams, they have to win 3 more games than us in the last 10 matches. I think we have a couple of wins still in us.

I agree but this is one of the more likely wins.
We have 3 games against teams immediately behind us.

If we don't win we'll be having to go to top teams away to save us which is not good.
