In viewing the situation as a whole, especially now in the accumulation of reactions of deterioration of play by the players. It is clear there was and is a reason for this behavior, the reason has grown & is now cancerous, this is factual by their behaviour - performances. There is no who's right or wrong what ever the underlying cause, but factually the club is suffering & our great supporters.
Therefore continuation of the original cause has a causeuallity ! Which is where the club WILL be at the season's end ! This is factual - no beating about the Bush choose who is right or wrong.
The players will not win the argument/s they will loose their jobs & contracts which affects their life & home living lifestyle. The players are not to blame only their collective actions.
However, the coach does not tell them to play that way & cannot get the players to see reason & react accordingly. That leaves the club owner & where he wants & expects the final OUTCOME to be, not who is right or wrong but what is happening due to the cause which we are not privy to !
He has previously stuck to his guns & beliefs & won the outcomes he wanted, sometimes lady luck favouring him.
But, this current situation could be his undoing, he must decide " am I prepared to loose this situation resulting in the downfall of all ? " or do I now act decisively & alter, yes change the situation to the satisfaction of the club as a whole, this is a pivotal time & position in the cause of what ever is wrong ! As a General he needs to win the OUTCOME - not who's Wright or wrong, he has now little time to act, he must remove the cause in order to get the reaction of the players.
Therefore, it is time for all to be honest & for all to perform their tasks of employment, to not do this will only have a disasterous outcome affecting all with no immediate recovery possible !!!
