Projected Outcome

This is genuinely how I see this season panning out.

Firstly, I believe we will stay up. This isn’t out of naivety or rose tinted spectacles, I just think there are so many variables. We will lose games we should win and probably win a game we should lose.

I think that staying up will be spun as a victory for Chester, steering the Good Ship Trinity through hard times.

I think this will buy him another season. Probably with a new Assistant Coach or “Director of Football “ who just happens to be really handy at coaching defence.

These are just musings of course and may be very wide of the mark.

We need to beat KR and Probably London to stay up imo. If we can’t do that it will mean we have lost 5 times to the two teams currently at the bottom of the table.so basically, we won’t deserve to stay up

Won't beat KR, they're running too many good lines and their goaline defence is good.

If you are right I think we will be down and I also stick by the fact we will deserve it

Two four point games we should be 'targeting'. Win both, and we'll stay up. Lose at least one and it's looking grim.

I still think it's going to come down to the last game at home to London to decide who gets relegated. And I don't think it will just be between us and London as to who goes. Other teams could be affected by the result, and in turn, get relegated.

I think they'll hammer us by 30 or 40 points if I'm being honest. They play better rugby than us when they throw it about. I bet they've already circled it on the calendar.

As has already been said, all the other teams down at the bottom are putting up a fight, we presently aren’t and haven’t been for quite a while imo. Gilmour stated after the cas game we needed to pick a team that worked its stones off and did the1 percenters right - that didn’t work out well on Thursday did it!

London have shown what can be done with some hard work and organisation, we look like we don’t want to do the hard work and have no organisation

Not if they play as they did Friday, we’ll beat them :thumb:
