The last chance saloon (almost) KR Sunday

Well, they dont come too much bigger than this one.
Despite the reverse against FC, results in the other games (apart from Leeds who are now safe) all went our way and we finished the weekend slightly better off than we started it, with London, KR and Shudds all losing by more than we did.
Our next game, away against, KR is flipping massive.
The winner of this one will be all but safe and the loser, right in the thick of the relegation dogfight.

There were some bog plusses from the FC game, especially Escare, who looked dangerous every time he had the ball and the key to victory, aside for everyone hitting 8.5-9/10 will be the selection of our backs, especially 1,6 & 7.

We need some big support over there and although it's not always the most inviting of places, we have to get over there in good number and help the boys battle to a win.

I think this will be a close nervy game and we may see some golden point action.

Let's hope we come back with the points, even a draw would be just about enough to keep us up.

Come on Trin !

Will be there cheering them on but I can’t see a win in them. We again had enough chances to score yesterday but seem unable to take them. Really hope I’m wrong

Pick a big pack for a start Dave, green, kopcheck, tangenoa, king to start and run over them hard and straight no coming off after 20 minutes it’s ridiculous, Brough must go he’s no pace and no idea what’s happened to his kicking game. Escare at 1 miller 6 rocky 7 plenty of gas there.

It’s not last chance saloon but winning would make life a lot easier. If London lose the night before it will take the pressure off a bit, but odd on Catalans will not turn up. I think we will win 2 out off last 4 and we may need to as wouldn’t be surprised if London turn Catalans and Leeds over.

Just out of interest, which 2 of our last 4 are you expecting us to win.
We have KR (a), Wigan (h), Wire (a) and London (h).

Wigan and Wire are both fighting for a decent top 5 finish and London and KR are fighting for their lives.
Remembering that London have stuffed us twice and with plenty to spare, we MUST win this one or we will al be suffering the squeakiest of squeaky backsides till the end of the season.

KR still have to play London as well so, depending what happens on Sunday, that game will also have a massive baring on which club survives

I've always felt we had a chance in our previous relegation battles with our determination and fight for each other attitude. Unfortunatelt this time I don't feel we have the same spirit in the team.

We can win this one if and only if CC makes some changes and plays players in the right positions. I would give pauli a go and give him the ball close to the line. I would replace brough at scrum half and possibly pick him on the bench to cover hooker.

Well since we joined SL we have had so many final game of season relegation battles its really hard to remember them all.

However if we go into one this season and Chester is still the coach, I think it will be the first time we have had to battle the final game with the old coach still in place. Before we have usually changed the coach prior to the last game. I will stand to be corrected but I can't remember this happening before

So we can win only if Chester plays people in the correct positions and plays Brough at Hooker??

If he's good enough he plays 7.if he isn't you drop him.

I reckon we will lose to HKR and will beat Wigan and London.
