Another huge game coming up on Sunday and many see this as a good chance for the vital 2 points that will secure our SL status for next season. With Leeds away in London and KR away in France plus Huddersfield away at Hull, the relegation issue as far as Trinity are concerned, could be sorted by the weekend but, the results in all of the vital games "could" all go either way but, with Wigan having almost the opposite form to our own, having lost only one of their last 10 fixtures and that was away at Saints, they provide the sternest of stern opposition. I cant see us getting much out of this one but, will be very, very happy to be wrong.
Wigan are certainly the form side in the comp. Damage limitation is the absolute minimum requirement but you never know with our home games v Wigan. Maybe a shock result of our own is on the cards. Fingers crossed. The Shudds and Hull KR results will already be known.
I'm quietly confident about this one. That win at KR followed by a good break might just have shaken off the shackles a little, although I think Wigan will ultimately win the Grand Final. That bottlers tag is going to eat into Saints in the big games.
O/T I know, but given Saints have been easily the best side for two years, but have choked two semi finals, now a final, if they choke the Grand Final does that make Holbrook the best coach for years at Saints for consistency, or the worst for choking when it matters? It's one thing losing against a side at the same level, but when you are streaks ahead, it changes perceptions.

Wigan too will be fully rested and raring to go and desperate to secure 2nd spot in the league, which gives them 2 chances to make the GF. Although not exactly flashy or spectacular, they are clocking up W's for fun at the moment and I just think they will actually want this more than us. Regarding Saints, it's all about trophies. They have been the most consistent side all season but, for them, it's all about trophies and titles, which, apart from the hub cap, they haven't got. Right now, Wigan have a great chance to take the big prize, which, when you consider their early season form, is just crazy. You would have got seriously good odds when they had won only one from their first 6/7 games.
Can see Wigan taking the Grand Final to be honest. Took a while to get sorted but finishing off well. Leaving all three cups/trophies on the wrong side of the Pennines.

I think they have 4 or 5 key injuries from what I have read today.
Wigan have hit some really good form and have a lot to play for, we have a good record against them at our place of the last few years and we have maybe picked up a bit of confidence after our performance at Hull. I am going for a narrow Wakefield Victory.
Wigan may have 4 key players missing, but 2 of them are long term .We have got 4 key players missing as well in fact most of the season, a few more as well .Think 4 players missing is luxury for us ,If we keep the score close I will be happy
