Good point about the diamond move if you have noted it ,why not our coaches. We have had to good performance against the 2nd and 3rd teams .My worry is we do not seem to play with the same commitment against so called leser teams, and let them dictate the speed of the game.Thought the kicking game in OpenPlay was it and miss last night, but if you think back to last two games did not see there halfs do a lot ether apart from Wires no6 who is class

What a disappointing end to a very poor season
We can't have confidence in our team because form has been dreadful, although I appreciate a little better in the way of effort in recent matches.
So, we go into the London game under conditions none of us wanted.
Anybody who thinks this game is going to be a comfortable win for us must know something I don't know.
Additionally, we can't rely on other teams doing us a favour because it doesn't work that way
Sadly, the writing has been on the wall for weeks - if I had been coach I would have tried something different 5 or 6 games ago, let's face it we wouldn't have been any worse off than we are now - in extreme danger of relegation, and nobody to blame but ourselves.

Chester has already said Atkins will play.

Think this is a mistake to be honest, regardless of where he decides to play him.
I don't question his ability, but I would question his match fitness, seeing as we have been having issues with players coming back into the team and having to play and not being 100% fit.

I know what you are saying and personally I wouldn't put someone in for their first game in the biggest game but Chester makes a fair point that we need some big game experience which he has and someone who can give us go forward when returning the ball which he has too.

He is clearly a fit guy, and has been training with us for 4 weeks I think now.
Everyone that comments says he's a good influence in the changing rooms which they probably need too.

More than anything he can bust tackles and since we find it hard to stop London, we are going to need tries.

Inclined to agree. Atkins has only played 12 games all season, the last of which was mid-May. Whether he is a fit guy or not there is no match fitness at all there and likely a lack of timing that only comes with playing. If he plays for me it would be off the bench for a couple if spells as an impact second row.

Atkins has the wealth of big game experience that most if not all our team can only dream of ,he’s a must include for me.
London are going to throw the kitchen sink at us to see if we buckle ,Atkins is the type of guy you want in to rally the troops when the going gets tough, may not be the fastest on the park now but boy he’s been there and done it and got the t-shirt .On a side note how much game time has arundel had this year if people are questioning his match fitness ?

Yes Atkins has to play!

What we don’t want is a slow, messy game like Hull Kr and Leeds at home...we need to dominate the ruck...win the collisions and get on the front foot and give the backs time and space to create. When we do this we’re a very good team and would be way too good for London...on that basis Atkins would be a certain starter for me...it’s one game to bust a gut and give absolutely everything...he’ll have plenty of time to recover after!
