Just been announced on Radio Sheffield that Peter Box has been made the new boss of Welcome To Yorkshire. It didn't mention whether he had relinquished the post of Leader of Wakefield MDC. he said that in the wake of the former boss they've got to be seen as " open and transparent". I'm still laughing!!!

Just mentioned on the news that they'll have "zero tolerance" to bullying, is this the same guy that's got rid of any opposition in the council?

I am surprised at you all for not realizing that Peter is always right & has never been wrong !
Hah hah Hee hee hang on my side has just split & all because of this !
Do you think he will make a new "by law" to protect himself ? Or use the Teflon he has used before ?

Well, thinking about it will he promote Castleford for being the capital, certainly it will lift their profile !

However, thinking about it/him, he is now the most powerful man in yorkshire, head of wakefield mdc, head of Leeds city area, & now head of yorkshire, when does his knighthood & statue happen ??
Seriously, it likely to follow, no one else has achieved /amassed all this at the same time, this does not in any way weigh in with me but hey hoe ????
