A truly shocking performance from GB in the first half, why on earth would they resurrect the badge only to cheapen it at the first hurdle by putting a mish mash of players on the field and obviously told to play one man rugby .Either give it the importance it deserves or retire it , as this only makes a laughing stock of our game

Shouldn't be GB it should be the Former British Empire Team given the number of overseas players and lack of Players from GB countries!

Nothing to do with the performance of the overseas born players to me.
The tactics and selection were awful and that's down to Bennett
They played like a team just thrown together 5 minutes before kickoff. No idea what to do with ball in hand as a team, just individual plays.

Can't say New Zealand were particularly good either.

I fear for the PNG game.

Correct poptart Bennett has managed to null all our attacking flair in players who at their respective clubs . No problem for me if eligible to play , the Aussies were full of south seas players .

Sorry, but just can't agree with this. I don't care what other nations do we should not be stooping to picking players that are not British just to try and get a better side (which clearly didn't work anyway). Play the best BRITISH players available, if we lose then we're no worse off than trying to cheat the system and still losing.

Just looking at todays team, its probably the worst GB side I've seen in my lifetime - late 80's onwards.

The coach doesn't help either, get Wane or Powell in ffs. Its not difficult is it?!

If an international team performance over a number if international games is a reflection of its domestic game, then it shows our Super League competition in a very poor light. This GB squad and the chief coach have been a huge disappointment on this tour.

The whole pack bar Hill was NRL with an NRL stand off and two ex NRL players playing. So it's not just our competition.

It seems like we haven't learned from years ago, trying to fit square pegs into round holes!! I think it was 2004 when Sinfield was hooker, when David March on form was probably the next best available, but never got a look in. I also think now there are too many 'versatile, utility' types who don't actually have a recognised position. Jake Connor, a very gifted, talented individual, but what the hell is he?! A stand off, full back, centre? Don't get me wrong, especially at club level you need a couple in your squad who can slot in at various positions and do a good job......Hampshire being a prime example, but I just don't think it will work at international level.
