looks like they've burst the balloon, I would of expected it to be released at the same time but looks like someone has got giddy

Why do you assume Walker is the one who has to deliver. Everyone benefits from an all year round pitch not least ourselves.

I’ve done a bit of reading and B.V. which is already a well draining pitch could sustain two to three games a week in winter and near constant use in summer. That allows a lot of teams to call BV home.

There is a huge logic to this with or without RW being involved.

Really don’t understand why clubs bother with 3/4G pitches tbf as hybrids are the best of both worlds with a lot of care and common sense.

All current premiership teams have an hybrid pitch and i would love one at bv ,but i couldn't stand the multi lines on the pitch ,ie Toronto

Sounds like that’s the case if this is true? If true, bit offside by Wakefield AFC IMO.

Forgetting the RW stuff for a minute it’s certainly interesting. 12 million sounds more than just a new stand! It does sound like a complete rebuild is in mind. The hybrid pitch tells you all year round use is on the cards. Interesting if true.

If only it was that easy mate. :(

It always happens where things filter out before official announcement, if it is true and I hope it is MC wouldn’t be coming out say yes everything’s true until signed off and plans officially released. Hope it’s true and WFC were just a bit too eager releasing what might happen in the public domain.

Past experiences have me believing nothing now until it happens. This unconfirmed snippet of information is no different to dozens of other leads we've had in the past all of which have failed to produce.
