Unsure but I’m sure CC as said that he won’t risk any of the long term injured back without being %100, which is expected.

At the lunch club today Chris Chester said he was putting out a strong side and threw in names like Alex Walker, Miller, Brough, Tupou and Ashurst, Lyne, BJB along with others. For Game one of the season he said we should have 31/32 players ready to go, the only doubt being Dave Fifita who will probably miss just the first game.

31/32 would be excellent and just what you want at the start of the season.
Mind you, we have a few "trial" games to get through first and there are sure to be some knocks in those games.

As long as we dont have the same numbers as last season, hopefully we can be challenging strongly in the top half of the table.

Is there a limit of players you can field in this fixture, I’m sure there was a discrepancy one year on numbers, I might be wrong I usually am.

My comment on this one would be who cares, the more the merrier imo. It was this game that I first saw Johnstone play, it’s a great arena for new talent. So I hope not.

The teams just agree the numbers between themselves

Yes, there was an issue a couple of seasons back when I think Trinity wanted to field have an additional sub but, IIRC, Leeds were having none of it.
You can understand that there shouldn't be endless substitutions but, for what is usually a pre-preseason game, it did seem a little churlish of Leeds to be quite so firm on restricting numbers as they did.
Looking forward to the game and hoping that we get to see some of our new boys in action.
Leeds do a great job of hosting this one and it's a little more relaxed than the league encounters, for players and fans alike.
