"I'm sorry, but I would hope that we would beat Cas with a 1 day turnaround."

An arrogant Wigan fan a few days before we stuffed them 18-4 at the JJB.

I think there is a new trend for young wannabe hooligans.
Let them go and do it somewhere else.

Rugby League and Trinity do not need them.
There are cameras in the North Stand at Wakefield and hopefully they can be identified and dealt with.

It's not big, not clever, just embarrasing

I agree, wannabe footy hooligans who think they can create an eastern European derby with 60k fans bouncing with pyro in a 90myear old ground with 7k there many of which kids and oaps

When I was young and daft it was toilet rolls we threw on the pitch and take air horns to away matches. If I’m being honest if flares or pyros whatever they are were available then we’d have been well into them. Loved Wakefield Trinity then and love them now ( in a more mature sensible way). I wouldn’t ban them just have a word, no more flares. Every club has this element always has always will just need educating and hopefully they continue to support the Trin just without the flares.

I didnt see them on Friday. But are these "Flares" ie. dangerous pyrotechnics or are they using coloured smoke cakes? , which are basically harmless and present no fire risk at all?

i am not defending the people using them. If they are banned from grounds they are banned and that is that.

I would say "smoke cakes", they weren't the kind of stuff you see at a Galatasaray Football match.

The point is we were fined for the same thing a few seasons back and EVERYONE knows they are banned.
Therefore, what they are doing is deliberately harming the club and we dont need or want them.

Identify them and ban them

Agreed.

But the fact that they are banned is enough, its just the Faux outrage and dressing it up to be something that it is not that isn't necessary.

Also agree about the same muppets offensive chanting (wont call it singing), although this seems to be the same at all clubs.

I don’t know, Powell’s done a good job with McShane.
