I did mine 20 years ago, which needed a plate, and I didn't play for best part of 3 months. It's hard too, because your then not eating a proper diet as you cant chew properly.
I think Ashurst did his in 2016, and was out for about a month

Posted: Sat Feb 22, 2020 5:20 pmJordan was about 6 weeks and sustained it with the same sort of head collision as Rocky, also played on so hopefully Rocky will not be out long and a similar recovery time.
